As a young twenty-something figuring things out, I had a revelation. That I'd rather learn how to get along and get things done with other people than be the only human on the planet. This has inspired me to go through thousands of uncomfortable conversations with the people I care about most to find a way forward, even when the conflict arises. Because it always comes. Every experience I've had so far with another person that mattered, tension came. Through these encounters, I've built a simple set of practices that make doing life together fulfilling and productive for the long term.
